September 30 – Alice Downs Operation Christmas Child Operation Christmas Child is a missionary outreach sponsored by Samaritan's Purse. This involves packing a shoe box with items for either a boy or girl ages 2-4, 5-9 or 10-14. The shoe boxes are provided with a list of suggested items to be purchased by participants. The boxes are provided and should be completed 1-2 weeks before Thanksgiving for shipment to missionaries around the world. Completed boxes will be transported to Church of Our Father for shipment.
