Help Haitians Devastated by the Earthquake. As you know, a catastrophic earthquake struck Haiti on January 12. At least three million people are estimated to have been affected, homes have been destroyed, as well as the Cathedral; the entire Holy Trinity complex, the convent, the Bishop’s house and College St. Pierre are gone; and the death toll continues to rise. Episcopal Relief & Development is in contact with the Diocese of Haiti to both address immediate needs and prepare for long-term rehabilitation work. Your help is critical in providing life-saving services, emergency supplies and long-term support in the aftermath of this unprecedented tragedy. Please make checks payable to: Episcopal Relief & Development/Haiti Fund. You can drop them off at the church office or mail to: PO Box 7058 Merrifield, VA 22116-7058 For updated information on the crisis in Haiti, visit Episcopal Relief & Development's website, www.er-d.org/HaitiCrisis.
