LENT ON MDI
Ash Wednesday Service - The Episcopal churches on MDI will gather over Zoom for the simple and moving service of a Litany of Penitence at noon on Ash Wednesday, February 17. The service will be posted on the MDI YouTube channel shortly following the live service on Zoom. For those who wish to impose ashes upon themselves or within their family group as a part of this online service, ashes will be available for pick up at each church the Sunday prior to Ash Wednesday, February 14. Ashes will be also available in the sanctuary at St. John the Divine from Sunday February 14 through Ash Wednesday itself. If you need ashes delivered to your home, please contact the church office so that arrangements can be made.

Prayer and Discussion: To support people through Lent and to provide an opportunity for people to get to know Mother Holly, she is going to offer a 5:30 pm Wednesday afternoon time for people to gather together on Zoom to use this resource for prayer and discussion.
