Clean Up at St. Andrew's: Please come help prepare St. Andrew's for the summer, beginning at 9 a.m. on Saturday, May 22.


The Food Pantry Vegetable Garden is underway thanks in a large part to our Master Gardener volunteers. Cass Wright has created an email group to send to those who would like to be informed of the garden's progress, those who might have suggestions, and those who might like to help. The garden has been expanded and we will be working with two children's groups--so there is lots to do. If you would like to be added to the email group please call (244-5459) or email Cass363@gmail.com. Any level of involvement will be very much appreciated. 


Acadia Fiber Fair: Saturday, May 22nd,  from 9-4 in Southwest Harbor. A full day of fun with fiber including classes, demonstrations, and vendors. Check the website for more details: www.acadiafiberfaire.com


Common Good Soup Kitchen: Saturday night, May 22nd, from 6-9 at 566 Seawall Road. Soups and salads, kid friendly food, fresh baked pizza and cookies, live music and balloon hats. No fee, but contribute what you can. Fund raiser for the kitchen's utility costs and continuing weekly soup production. 266-2733.
