Kid’s Care Food Packaging

On October 4, 2014 over 60 people from various churches and Scout troops worked together at St. Andrew to package 31,278 servings of a nutritious meal for hungry people in Hancock County. Mark your calendar – September 19 is our next packaging event, 9-2ish.  We are aiming to break our record – $8000 would do it – $10,000 would be ever so much better!  We would like to have as much as possible of that by September 1 so that we can get our order in for the product needed. A quarter buys one serving; $1.50 a package that feeds 6; $54 a case of 36 packages. If you would like to contribute, please make your check payable to:  St. Andrew – put food packaging on the memo line.  Mail to:  P. O. Box 145 Ellsworth, ME  04605.
